A villa is becoming a very popular choice as a location option for those couples wanting to celebrate their ceremony here in Bali at a totally private location, offering you greater control in the coordination of your ceremony and other components you may like to incorporate and especially popular with those couples considering a function after their ceremony, making this the ideal choice having both celebrations fully catered for at the one location.  This will also save the coordination of your guest’s transportation requirements, saving them getting lost or delayed especially considering the many ceremony processions that occur here in Bali on a daily basis.

Most couples choose to celebrate their ceremony in the grounds of the villa which will provide you with many back drops for photo opportunities during and after your ceremony. Couples normally choose a commencement time of 4:00 or 5:00pm being a much cooler part of the day, but still providing you with enough time and light to have formal and informal photos taken prior to sunset. If you happen to choose one of the very popular beach front villas, then you will also have the added bonus of a truly magnificent beach back drop for your ceremony and further photography opportunities.

We work with a select number of local and foreign florists on the island and will be able to provide you with various options on the set up and decoration of your ceremony relevant to your budget and desired style, such as a beautiful flower arch for you both to stand under, the construction of a wooden bale decorated with various flowers and flowing curtains, the scattering of flower petals making an isle for the bride’s grand walk, various standing flower arrangements, traditional umbul umbul and penjor, or simple but elegant guest chair decorations with chair covers a bow and a posy of flowers to decorate each chair.

Many couples choose to have music included in their ceremony and you will find having your ceremony located at a villa to pose fewer restrictions. However, please bear in mind that any music options you may be considering are subject to the villa management team who may impose a small fee.
