A villa is a wonderful choice to celebrate a reception dinner or function at and especially popular with those couples having both a ceremony and function, having both celebrations fully catered for at the one location with the added bonus of total privacy.  You will also have greater control in the coordination of such components as your dinning, entertainment and set up and decoration requirements offering you endless options for your celebration.

We find a villa location to be especially popular with those couples having both a ceremony and function, enabling both celebrations to take place at the one location, which will save the coordination of transporting your guests to a second location, which can be time consuming considering the road structure here in Bali, also avoiding your guests getting lost or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the many processions taking place here in Bali on a daily basis.

We work with a select number of professional local and foreign set up and decoration companies on the island and will be able to provide you with various options according to your theme and budget, such as flower and candle decorations for the tables, various standing flower arrangements, chair covers with a bow and posy of flowers to decorate the chairs, floating candles in the pool and decorating the outside of the pool, or traditional umbul umbul and penjor.

The catering companies we work with on the island range from low budget to five star, being able to cater any event according to your budget, group size, cuisine and beverage requirements. You may like to have something simple such as a range of canapés and cocktails served for an intimate gathering, or prefer a full function encompassing canapés and cocktail hour with a selection of hot and cold starters with alcoholic and fruit cocktails, formal four course a la carte dinning with various alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages served finishing with a champagne toast.

You have the option of composing your own dinning and beverage menus if you already have something particular in mind and we will simply advise you on availability of your requirements and pricing or if on the other hand you require assistance like many of us in this area, then we will be more than happy to provide you with various dinning menus such as a la carte, buffet, or rijsstafel, according to your chosen cuisine type and group size for you to select from. For your beverage requirements you have the choice of a beverage package, or beverage upon consumption to select from, again offering flexibility according to any particular requirements you may have.

There are many entertainment options that you may like to consider as part of your function, such as traditional Gamelan with dance performances during your canapés and cocktail hour, an acoustic guitarist as light entertainment for your dinning and a band or DJ with Salsa or Latin dancers to get the night started. We would be more than happy to provide you with information on any entertainment option that you would like included in your function and when completing our enquiry form simply require you to make bold those entertainment options you would like included in your function.

Please note that all entertainment is subject to approval by the villa management team and an additional fee may be imposed depending on the music and entertainment that you choose. There will also be a time that all music and entertainment must be finished by, or the sound lowered.

We work with many professionally run villas on the island and normally obtain discounted rates on accommodation bookings we make on behalf of our clients’. If you do not have a location in mind or would simply like to do a price comparison, then we would be more than happy to provide you with recommendations and pricing accordingly.

You will find that villas generally impose such fees as, venue, banjar and refundable breakage fees, should any breakage occur during your stay and have minimum stay periods which vary depending on the season.
