Many couples, family and friends whilst here in Bali like to enjoy some of the many activities the island has to offer, such as a lunch or dinner gathering, a day or evening cruise, scenic day tour, or especially for the ladies a day full of shopping or a nice relaxing day of massage & body pampering and for the gentlemen a nice relaxing game of golf, or for the more adventures a white water rafting, trekking or cycling tour.

For your easy reference please refer below to a list of other activities that you may like to incorporate in your ceremony and or function package and for information and pricing on any of the below activities simply require you to add this to your enquiry and enter a “Y” against the activity you would like further information on.

Hens or Bucks Night
Where to start, there are many venues to select from should you like to have a hens or bucks night here in Bali, you could start with a meal at one of the many beach front restaurants, then move on to one of the bars for live music, venture to one of the cafes where you can enjoy some salsa or Latin dancing and for those enthusiasts a dance or two, for those that like the sounds of the bong drums watch and even join in with the bong playing and then venture to some of the many night clubs in Kuta or Seminyak.  Transport can be arranged for your entire evening to ensure that no one gets lost and for those that find themselves towards the end of the evening a little under the weather (due to the food of course) a resting spot whilst you catch your breath.

Catered villa lunch or dinner for the gathering of family or friends
If you are staying in a villa then you may like to have a pre or post lunch or dinner gathering coordinated for family and or friends. If the villa can not coordinate this on your behalf or your would like outside catering due to the various options available then we can coordinate nibbles and beverages with light entertainment for a small, medium or large group, or you may like a sit down lunch or dinner arranged for families and friends enabling them to mingle and get to know each other before your special celebration or if arranged after the event swap memories and photos of your special day.
 
Seafood at Jimbaran Bay at sunset          
Jimbaran Bay is well known and popular for its mouth watering seafood and relaxed environment bookings can be made for small, medium or large group sizes with many seafood dishes for you to select from and for those non-seafood lovers a chicken dish with an assortment of beverages to accompany your meal also available whilst you take in the wonderful views and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes.

Restaurant lunch or dinner for an intimate meal or group booking
There are many restaurants here in Bali where you may like to have an intimate dinner for just the bride and groom or have a private or semi private (depending on your group size) reservation made for family and friends with most restaurants offering a mixture of International and Balinese meals for you to select from with other restaurants specializing in a particular type of cuisine such as Italian, French, Mexican or Balinese.  We would be more than happy to provide you with recommendations if required or simply make reservations on your behalf.

Day Boat Excursion:
“Ocean Rafting” this package includes a visit to three neighboring islands, Nusa Lembongan, Ceningan and Nusa Penida, cruising at a speed of 31 knots and reaching a top speed of 40 knots with the 12.6 meter long vessel having a capacity to seat 24 people.  You will set sail at 10:30 am and will cruise the south coast of Nusa Penida, visit Crystal Bay, snorkel, swim or go beach walking on deserted beaches, cruise through Ceningan Channel, visit one of the villages on either Nusa Penida, Ceningan or Lembongan Islands, have a buffet lunch aboard the vessel or on a secluded beach, visit the Lembongan Bay Marine Park and finish with your return trip back to Bali at 5:30pm.

Evening Dinner Cruise:
How better than to enjoy an evening sunset cruise whilst you relax and are taken on a leisurely cruise around the harbor.  You will be greeted with a flower or leis with either a welcome drink or free flow beer and wine and enjoy a buffet meal or 5 course a la carte menu with such entertainment as Balinese Dancers, exotic belly dancers, variety review, modern dance and live music or disco and live cabaret show, setting sale between 5:45 and 7:00pm and returning between 8:30 and 9:30pm.  Details and inclusions differ according to the service provider.

Private Boat Charter Evening Dinner Cruise
Should you like to sail away privately with only your friends and family then we can offer the use of a 27 meter long and 12 meter wide motorized catamaran available for group sizes 20 – 55.  You may like to enjoy a private sunset sail with pre-dinner cocktails & appetizers on the fore deck and inside a dinning room is created with a  5 course a la carte menu with free flow wine and beer with live music, setting sail at 7pm and returning at 9:30pm.  This luxurious vessel can also be chartered privately for other activities such as sailing to another island with snorkeling and buffet lunch with packages and pricing available according to your specific requirements and group size.

Water Sports & Fishing Tour:
With Bali being surrounded by water you could say that there is an endless list of water activities available on the island that you may like to undertake, such as jet ski, banana boat ride, wake or knee board, snorkeling, water skiing, glass bottom boat or boat ride to the nearby turtle island.  There is also diving available at Nusa Dua, Tulamben, Amed and neighboring islands Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and Menjangan Islands.  For those wanting to catch their own dinner you may be interested in the coral fishing or trawling by glass bottom boat or power boat.

Water Sports Nusa Lembongan
How about a short trip to the island of Nusa Lembongan for a day filled with water sport activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, banana boat rides, glass bottom boat reef tours, children’s activities, a scrumptious buffet lunch and village tour.  Set packages are available with the option of other activities such as parasailing, diving for qualified and beginners.  If this sounds a little hectic for you then you can just laze at the beach or in the resorts pool.  You can even stay over night with reasonable room rates and return to Bali the next day.  All you need to do is bring your sunscreen, hat, swimming costume, camera and money with you.

Water Sports Nusa Penida
Should you like to enjoy an island hop then how about undertaking a day trip to the neighboring island of Nusa Penida on a 37 meter catamaran where you can enjoy many water sports activities on the largest dual level pontoon in Toyapakeh Bay.  You will enjoy a complimentary breakfast of tea, coffee, orange juice and pastries whilst you skim across the water on your 60 minute journey and on arrival at the pontoon be able to enjoy such activities as snorkeling, banana boat rides, waterslide, Thalaso water treatment and a village tour.  A delicious buffet lunch will be served on the pontoon with a live band as entertainment with complimentary afternoon tea will be served prior to your departure of tea, coffee and snack. Other optional activities available are scuba diving, surf bike and jet ski all you need to bring is your hat, sunscreen, swimming costume, camera for some happy snaps and money

White Water Rafting, Trekking, Cycling or VW Safari:
There is no better way to capture some of Bali’s natural beauty then by taking one of the white water rafting packages into the churning waters through deep valleys with magnificent water falls, towering cliffs & gorges with breath taking views of terraced rice plains & stretches of tropical jungle with experienced and well trained guides.  You can join in with the paddling under instruction from your guide or simply lay back and enjoy the adventure.  For those wishing to undertake a cycling adventure, you will encounter much Balinese custom and culture whilst you cycle through the local villages providing you with some of the most beautiful and fascinating natural island views.  For those choosing to take a trekking adventure you will have the opportunity to take in wonderful rain forest or tropical jungles views, with the many species of plants and birds, Balinese Temples and traditional villages along your adventure.  The VW Safari offers 3 packages, with you being able to sit back and simply enjoy the magical and in some cases untouched countryside of magnificent rice fields, small villages providing a glimpse of local customs and culture, a visit to the butterfly sanctuary and hot springs for a refreshing dip, a thrilling water raft and horse ride along the black volcanic sands of Saba Bay with refreshing sea breezes provided as you gallop along the oceans edge.

Horse Riding:
This tour is suitable for those experienced riders as well as those riders with little or no experience as you will have the assistance of experienced guides and grooms with one or more grooms accompanying you on your ride with riders with less experience or beginner riders having the option of being led on the tour.  You will first be provided with a comprehensive safety briefing after which you are free to gallop or trot along the black volcanic sands and oceans edge of Saba Beach, passing through various plantations, seeing many species of birds and a temple dedicated to the annual rice harvest, you will then make your journey back along the volcanic sands before arriving at the hotel for lunch and refreshments.

Elephant Trek:
There are two treks available for you to select from as well as combined packages with an elephant ride combined with other activities such as trekking, cycling or rafting.  On a Sumatran elephant you will pass through tropical plantations where you will see the sights and sounds of birds and monkeys as you pass through the jungle, you will travel to the small local village of Buanga and will have the opportunity to see other animals such as pigs, cows and buffalos and how they play a part in the village life,  you will then be invited into the home of a local farmer where you will enjoy a drink of fresh coconut, you will then re-board your elephant and trek back through rice paddies where a 3 course western or Balinese menu will await you.  The short trek takes you through the landscape of the camp as well as a trek along the edge of the valley where you will be able to see Ayung River and some of the local wildlife, your trek will finish with your elephant wading in his or her pool cooling off after your journey together.

Spa Treatment, Massage,  Body Pampering ~
What a better way to relax, keep you fresh and leave you feeling fully rejuvenated than to undertake one, or if major pampering is required, various body treatments available in what you could call the spa & massage center of the world.  You can choose from various body massages, facials, hair cream bath, milk, flower or herbal bath, body scrub or mask, spa, sauna or hydrotherapy to name a few.  We can make various recommendations according to your budget and location with many hotels having in-house massage and body therapy services available, some villas offering the services of a masseuse with independent operators located all over the island.  If you prefer to lounge in the comfort of your hotel room or villa then we can organize for the treatment to come to you.

Nail salons are becoming quite popular here in Bali providing you with various options such as manicure, pedicure, spa manicure or pedicure, hand treatments, nails painted, nail decal, gel or acrylic nails, temporary tips and stick on nails to name a few.

Golf day
For those golf enthusiasts we can recommend 2 locations for your game of golf to take place at with a choice of 9 or 18 holes with both locations offering club, shoe and golf bag rental and the sale of golf balls with golf caddies and carts  included in the packages.  There are restaurants available at both locations should you like to take in a snack, meal or beverages before or after you tee off.  For those not wanting to make their way in traffic to their game of golf then helicopter transfer can also be arranged for small groups.

Traditional cooking class
For a taste of the real Bali we can offer you the choice of two cooking schools where you can experience the art of preparing Balinese traditional dishes with the wonderful various herbs and spices and their aromas that fill the kitchens of Bali. Your first choice is centrally located in Tuban with the choice of a morning or evening class and if you select the morning class then your day will start with a visit to a traditional Balinese market where you will purchase your ingredients that will enable you to prepare 10 traditional Balinese dishes enjoying a breakfast or afternoon tea with a lunch and dinner stop included to satisfy those taste buds. A token certificate will be provided at the end of your class together with free transfer to and from your hotel. Your second choice is located in Nusa Dua who have much experience in the preparation of traditional Balinese dishes were you will first proceed to the market and purchase your ingredients to prepare 25 traditional recipes, enjoy a satisfying Balinese breakfast, proceed with the days cooking, sampling of the finished products together with a glass of Balinese coffee and desert of black rice pudding and creamy pumpkin cake.  Your third option is located in Oberoi where you will prepare a fish, minced chicken & pork dish with chicken satay and fried noodles, 5 different spices and sauces and for dessert a Balinese pancake filled with palm sugar and grated coconut.

If you would like to get closer with nature and enjoy a wonderful day, night or over night stay in a high caste members puri (house / compound,) then this is a stop that should be on your activities calendar.  The beautiful puri is located in Tabanan where you can take in some of the sights and sounds of a traditional Balinese village, providing you with an insight in the daily life of the village people.  We have three packages available with the Romantic Package including over night stay in the Honeymoon Suite and for larger groups day and night packages with the inclusion of a Cultural Performance of traditional Balinese Dances whilst you relax and enjoy your meal.
