On the day of your ceremony your Bali Mystical Weddings & Functions consultant will arrive at the ceremony location generally one hour prior to the commencement of your ceremony and earlier if other components are associated with your ceremony such as a reception dinner or function and will make contact with both the bride and groom announcing her arrival.

Your consultant will then proceed to the ceremony location to ensure all is in order and liaise with all parties associated with your ceremony that Bali Mystical Weddings & Functions are coordinating on your behalf. Your consultant will then proceed to the bride’s room for a brief discussion regarding the ceremony and any other relevant issues.
 
Continual contact will be made with both bride and groom, keeping you both informed of minister / priest arrival, which is generally half an hour prior to your ceremony commencement time, guests arrival, set up and decoration of your ceremony and any other components that Bali Mystical Weddings and Functions are coordinating on your behalf. 

Unless the bride and groom wish to arrive at the ceremony location together, the groom will normally arrive at the ceremony location 10 minute’s prior to commencement for a brief discussion about the ceremony and the bride will wait in the relaxed environment of her room until her consultant contact’s her or collect’s her from her room. The bride should be ready to proceed to the ceremony location just prior to the designated ceremony commencement time for her traditional short, but late arrival.

At the ceremony location generally the bride and groom will face their guest’s and will turn and face each other for their vow and ring exchange. Any speaking that is required by the bride and groom during the ceremony, such as the exchange of vows and rings is normally prompted first by the minister or priest, with the bride and groom then repeating either together or separately, depending on the ceremony and text the couple choose, if a choice of text is available.

A final check list and day summary is provided to you both prior to your arrival in Bali and a pre-wedding meeting will take place just after your arrival in Bali, with your Bali Mystical Weddings & Functions consultant at a pre-designated location, going through the specific details of your chosen ceremony and any other components that Bali Mystical Weddings & Functions are coordinating on your behalf, removing any remaining butterflies that either of you may have.
